Day 1: Haridwar/Rishikesh to Chopta
Start your tour for Chopta early in the morning around 8 am. As you travel towards Chopta, you will come across several breathtaking hike mountains and Sanggams (confluences) of rivers. Along the way, make sure to visit two significant Sanggams: Devprayag and Rudraprayag. These places are worth a half-hour visit each. After exploring the Sanggams, continue your journey towards Chopta and check-in at the campsite for your stay.

Day 2: Chopta
After a delicious breakfast in the morning, begin your sightseeing in Chopta. Visit the renowned Tungnath Temple and embark on the Chandrashilla Trek. Chandrashila, meaning “Moon Rock,” is the summit of Tungnath. Situated at an elevation of approximately 4,100 meters (13,500 ft) above sea level, this peak offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas, including Nandadevi, Trisul, Kedar Peak, Bandarpunch, and Chaukhamba peaks. There are various legends associated with this place, such as Lord Rama meditating here after defeating the demon-king Ravana and the moon-god Chandra spending time here in penance.

Day 3: Chopta to Joshimath
In the early morning around 8 am, embark on a drive to Joshimath for your visit to Auli. En route, you will come across Gopeshwar, known for its ancient Gopinath Temple. Take some time to explore this historical site. In the evening, arrive at Joshimath and check-in at your hotel.

Day 4: Joshimath to Auli via Ropeway
After a refreshing breakfast, visit Auli by taking the exciting Ropeway ride. The Ropeway will provide you with stunning aerial views of the picturesque landscape as you ascend to Auli.

Day 5: Joshimath to Rishikesh
Early in the morning, commence your return journey to Rishikesh. While on your way back, you can visit the Dhari Devi temple in Srinagar if time permits. Finally, your tour concludes in Rishikesh, leaving you with cherished memories of the trip.
