Regular residential courses are conduced, with focus on Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads. Vedic chanting is also taught during the courses. In addition, visiting teachers conduct Iyengar and Hatha yoga retreats (suitable for beginners and intermediate students) at the ashram.
